A proposal to operate a cinema complex to be constructed adjacent to the Stadium-Dom on the East side of the Rhein River Koln Germany is assessed in terms of its potential annual attendance. The report describes analysis of cinema patronage, competitive venues and attendance rates. The strength of preference for the cinemas located on the West side of the Rhein is noted, however, a forecast of attendance is provided based on market survey research and demographic studies. |
